For my mail magazines’ readers “Mashed potatoes”

5 May Queen potatoes, peeled and cut in half.

About 30g margarine.

up to 100ml warm milk.

Steam the potatoes for 25 minutes.

Mash the potatoes with the margarine.

Gradually add the milk and whisk vigorously.

The amount of milk you add depends on how you like your mashed potatoes.
