もうすぐ２月。

今日も寒いですね。

ニール達は今日はそこまで寒くないと言っていますが…

私はまだ寒さの違いを感じません。やはり寒さに強いんですかね。

でも、Akikoさんのブログの写真を見て、少し春の兆しを感じました。

寒い、寒いと言うものの確実に春は近づいています。

亀戸天神で早咲きの梅を目にした途端、気持ちは一気に春へと飛んでいきました。Akiko

Result!

Fantastic result for Japan against Korea last night-definitely deserved to win. Couldn’t believe it when Korea got the second goal right at the end of extra time. But then everything seemed to fall apart for them in the penalties. Saturday will be interesting/exciting-a 6-0 result for Australia looks scary but ganbatte Nihon!

最近電車の遅延がやたらと多い気がする

Cheese and Billiards!

Or possibly cheesy billiards. Long overdue return to Doma Doma at the weekend-truly they have the greatest cheese menu in Japan! And so to billiards, where I was a purveyor of some mighty shots if I do say so myself. Although this did not lead to my winning as the mighty shots were regularly followed by my potting the white ball as well. I am truly the master of billiards ineptitude.
