笑い話

この間の日曜日の朝、”携帯な～い”と気付き、あちこち探したところ、見つからず、“あーあ！錦糸町校におきっぱなしにしてきちゃった！”という結果になってしまった私は、休みの日なのに、錦糸町校に取りに行きました。しかし、、どこにもみあたらず、家に帰りました。
もう一度、あちこち探し、携帯鳴らし、、、その結果、なんと、洗濯機の奥の方にありました（笑）

これからは、気を付けます！

Food Burble

Lotteria Honey Mustard Chicken burger-very nice! 9/10. Also did a nifty five cheese sauce for spaghetti if I do say so myself. Which obviously leads me to the Cheese Countdown:
5) Gorgonzola. Piquant and great in sauce.
4) Gruyere. Moreish.
3) Camembert. Creamy and slightly overripe-superb!
2) Cheddar. Got to be seriously mature but very moreish.
1) Stilton. Truly my King of Cheeses. Creamy, piquant and uber moreish!
Fundamentally, too much cheese, not enough time. This is possibly the underlying principle of the universe.

今年の節分

木曜日は節分でしたね。

豆をまいて、いわしを食べて、恵方巻とロールケーキを食べました。

鬼は出て行ったのか？

福は入ってきてくれたのでしょうか？

ちひろ美術館

練馬区にある「ちひろ美術館」へ行きました。だいぶ前に訪れて以来、久しぶりに再訪。ちひろさんの絵に描かれている子供達の表情に魅せられました。ほんわかした優しい絵が多いですが、戦争を体験した子供を描いた絵には、平和への強いメッセージが込められていました。併設のカフェ、図書室でゆっくり過ごすのもお勧めです。Akiko　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Great Win!

Great result for Japan in the final, tough game against Australia but definitely think Japan played better. Nail bitingly late goal but superb pass and shot. I think Japan will be seriously dangerous in the next World Cup if they carry on playing like this.

今日も寒いですね。

ニール達は今日はそこまで寒くないと言っていますが…

私はまだ寒さの違いを感じません。やはり寒さに強いんですかね。

でも、Akikoさんのブログの写真を見て、少し春の兆しを感じました。

Result!

Fantastic result for Japan against Korea last night-definitely deserved to win. Couldn’t believe it when Korea got the second goal right at the end of extra time. But then everything seemed to fall apart for them in the penalties. Saturday will be interesting/exciting-a 6-0 result for Australia looks scary but ganbatte Nihon!
